Taigur Taguri was fatally shot moments after he arrived at Bartow's Gordon Heights Park. He was there to make a marijuana deal, but deputies say the buyers -- two 16-year-olds -- had no intention of ever paying him, and "ambushed" him.

"I don’t know if I will ever completely have closure to this," his dad, Mo Taguri, told FOX 13. "He is going to walk with me in my heart and my memories for the rest of my life."

Two 16-year-old cousins, Jevon Berrien Jr. and Margus Johnson, are charged with first-degree murder for Taigur Taguri’s death. The Polk State Attorney’s Office will decide if they will be tried as adults.
